• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share content that violates others' rights

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Better Me and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your personal journal entries remain your property.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. You will be charged at the then-current rate. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your app store account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

Better Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
